InvoiceCraft is a free invoice generator operated by InvoicelyFree. The service is designed to run in your browser without requiring an account.
Data controller
The data controller for this service is InvoicelyFree, operated by Allen Wong. For data protection inquiries, contact wongallen010@gmail.com.
Information you enter
Invoice details you type into the generator are processed in your browser for preview, local drafts, and printing. The static MVP does not upload invoice data to our server.
Local storage
If you save a draft, it is stored in your browser local storage on your device. You can remove it by clearing your browser storage for this site.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Plausible is privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across sites. All data is aggregated and anonymous. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, or any third-party tracking pixels.
Plausible collects limited technical data: page views (without personally identifiable information), referrer source, country (derived from IP, not stored), and device type. IP addresses are processed briefly to determine country and then discarded. No individual user profiles are created.
You can read Plausible's full data policy at plausible.io/privacy-focused.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and request metadata for security and operations. Vercel's privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
No cookies
InvoiceCraft does not use cookies. Theme preference and invoice drafts are stored in your browser's local storage, which stays on your device. We do not set or read any cookies.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since InvoiceCraft does not collect personal data on our servers, most requests can be handled directly in your browser — clear your local storage to remove all saved drafts and preferences.
If you are in California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). InvoiceCraft does not sell personal information and does not collect data that would require disclosure under CCPA.
For any questions about your data rights, contact us at the email below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
